We are committed to the prevention of injury and ill heath to our employees and others through the use of risk assessments and good working practice, and preventing pollution and the impact of our business on our neighbours.

We recognise that the quality of our products, our health and safety status and our impact on the environment depends on the everyday actions of those in the company’s employment.

  • In 2010 Harris Pye in the UK recorded in excess of a million man hours; the Singapore facility saw nearly 700,000, and in the Gulf States, group facilities chalked up 260,000.  Safety records are painstakingly kept and show virtually no injuries, even minor ones. Considering that our global team works in a combination of a manufacturing and marine environment – the latter where rough seas are a matter of course, this is an exceptionally encouraging state of affairs.
